The easiest little pan drippings sauce you ever did see.

Simplest way to elevate your meal is to whip up a complimentary sauce!

For this quick dinner, I pan seared, then oven roasted a pork tenderloin. Once it was cooked, I removed it from the pan and combined the drippings with a splash of heavy cream, a few tablespoons of mustard, a tab of butter, and about a 1/4 cup of shredded fresh parmesan until it was smooth and creamy. Make sure to serve immediately!
