Stand Tall Darling

There’s this bakery in Moscow, Russia called Kalabasa and they decorate the most amazing cakes using chocolate brush strokes. They use Instagram as their platform to show off the masterpieces, but you can easily google ‘Kalabasa Cake Technique’. I’ve started to play with the technique and used this lovely flamingo as my tester. More to come, I promise.
