Jalapeno Popper Chicken Casserole that is…

Talk about a killer game day option! Serve with a nice veggie side and your favorite beer and your in biz!

What You’ll Need:

-1# cooked + shredded chicken breast

-4 oz cream cheese - softened room temp

-1/2 cup chicken stock

-1/2 cup heavy whipping cream

-1 teaspoon garlic powder

-1 teaspoon smoked paprika

-4 jalapeños seeded (or not!) and cut into strips

-salt

-shredded cheddar cheese to top (I used a little over a cup)

-3-4 cooked crunchy pieces of bacon, chopped

Method:

Preheat oven to 375.

Lay chicken on bottom of casserole dish (I used a 8x10)

Mix together cream cheese, stock, cream, garlic powder, paprika, and salt to taste and pour over chicken.

Place jalapeños on top and sprinkle with cheddar cheese.

Bake uncovered for 15-20 minutes or until bubbly and starting to golden around edges.

Top immediately with bacon and let sit for 5 minutes.
