Saucy Sunday : Avocado Tomatillo Sauce

A few of you guessed it - the addition of avocado just helps lend a different fun creaminess! Shoutout to my friend and neighbor Kylie for continuing to gift her garden bounties.. this time tomatillos.

I froze this batch, to pair with my already made and frozen carnitas! Delish! And thumbs up to meal planning!!!!
